Concept2 - Model D Standard with PM5 Monitor
The incredible performance and numerous fitness-related benefits of our Standard Indoor Rower, formerly known as Model D (black), have made it one of the best indoor rowers on the market.
This model is efficiently manufactured and has a lifetime durability. It's the machine used by Olympic and elite athletes to train in their sports, allowing for very intense workouts every day. It provides you with very solid exercise equipment at the best price.
For Concept2 products, we cannot accept discount codes or financing products.
The Concept2 RowErg is available with standard or tall legs. Standard legs provide a seat height of 36 cm, while tall legs raise the seat to 51 cm from the ground, making it a better option for users with tired knees or mobility difficulties. Let's see the difference between the two in the following image.
GENERAL FEATURES
Many functions are gathered in the PM5, but we also ensure it's easy to use. The monitor turns on and provides data as soon as the fan starts to spin, so there's no need to press any buttons to start the machine.
If you prefer to use the functions provided by the monitor, you have the simple menu that allows quick access to preset routines, saving your favorite workouts, reviewing previous workout results, and much more.
To see the full operation, you can access help from your PM5 screen (in the main menu, select Options> More Information).
Data and Displays
The PM5 provides distance, speed, pace, calories, and watts for each workout you do, and you can choose from five display options: all data, force curve, bar chart, enlarged view, and PaceSkier (graph that allows you to compete with a skier setting the pace).
The PM5's backlit display offers greater visibility. It lights up automatically when the monitor is turned on and remains lit during your workout.
Wireless Heart Rate Monitoring
The PM5 uses ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart wireless technology for heart rate monitoring. To use this feature, you'll need a chest belt using one of these transmission technologies. Please note that the PM5 supports Bluetooth Smart, not Bluetooth, which is a different technology.
USB Memory Compatible
The PM5 offers two ways to store performance data: internal memory in the monitor itself and a USB memory (included). The USB memory stores your training data and preferences, making your data portable. With our free Concept2 Utility software, you can upload your workouts to the Online LogBook or transfer all data to your Mac or PC. Compatible only with FAT and FAT32 USB formats.
Power Generation
The PM5 runs on two D-cell alkaline batteries (LR20). During training, the monitor receives power from the fan, which extends battery life.
Height Options
With its 36 cm seat height, the standard model is the most requested. The option of tall legs and their 51 cm height offers another option for specific uses.
Fan and Adjustment Lever
The Concept2 RowErgs respond to your effort with every stroke, so you always have control over your work and resistance. The spiral regulator allows you to easily adjust the airflow to the fan and change the feel of the stroke to suit your preferences. The fan design minimizes noise while maximizing smoothness.
Storage and Mobility
The Concept2 RowErg features a tool-free quick-release mechanism, so you can easily separate the machine into two pieces for storage. The front leg transport wheels allow you to move the entire machine once assembled.
Nickel Chain
The nickel chain has a clean look and is very durable. Nickel plating allows for longer lubrication intervals, so even if maintenance and cleaning are not your strong points, your experience on the RowErg will remain smooth in your next workout.
Adjustable Footrests and Ergonomic Grip
We use adjustable footrests on our Concept2 RowErgs for quick and easy adjustment (the footrest accommodates a wide range of shoe sizes). Our comfortable and ergonomic grip has a 10-degree curve that allows you to row in a natural arm and hand position.
Stainless Steel Monorail
The aluminum monorail is covered with a stainless steel plate to ensure smooth seat gliding.
Solid Construction
Famous for their durability and construction. Sturdy and built to last, they are ready for intensive use in rowing clubs, gyms, sports centers, military bases, fire stations... so they will last a lifetime for an individual user. It's accredited that our machines are easy to maintain, so you can focus on using them rather than maintaining them.
Option for Team Training or Water Simulation
The Slide is an accessory that adds the feeling of rowing on water to your Concept2 RowErg and allows you to connect multiple Model Cs, Ds, Es, and/or RowErgs for team training.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The warranties will be void for any product that has suffered damage as a result of improper use, negligence, modifications, tampering or improper storage.
Warranty claims will not be accepted for products that have ceased to be functional after prolonged use and have reached the end of their useful life due to normal wear and tear.
Wear parts
The warranty for wear parts lasts for 6 months. After this period, both the cost of the part and its replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
Wear parts are considered to be those elements that, due to their characteristics and the constant stress to which they are subjected, deteriorate more quickly than the main structure of the equipment.
If there is any doubt as to whether a specific component is classified as a wear part, the customer can contact our Technical Support Service for detailed information. It is recommended to replace these parts at the appropriate time to ensure safety, proper functioning, and the longest possible lifespan of the equipment.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, lack of maintenance, or deterioration of the material attributable to the customer.
Note: The warranty will not apply to products intended for home use when used in commercial environments. Commercial environments include, but are not limited to, hotel gyms, residential communities, fitness centers, personal training studios, rehabilitation centers, military installations, or any other collective use.
